Litigation Practice Areas:
After completing a Judicial Internship
and Law School, Mr. Neschis became Assistant
District Attorney in New York County, where he worked
in the Trial Division of the Office of the Special
Narcotics Prosecutor for the City of New York.
As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Neschis First
Chaired with Lead Responsibility numerous jury trials;
presented over 100 criminal cases to the Grand
Jury of the Special Narcotics Courts for the City
of New York; accepted lead responsibility
for the District Attorney’s role in numerous
investigations including long term narcotics investigations.
Mr. Neschis also served as a
legal intern for the Appeals Bureau for the
New York County District Attorney’s
Office. As an Appellate Intern,
Mr. Neschis was given responsibility for a variety
of State and Federal criminal Appellate issues.
Mr. Neschis’ years at Fordham
University School of Law included a Judicial
Internship to a United States Federal
Magistrate for the Federal Southern District of New
York and assisted in drafting numerous Civil
and Criminal Federal Court Decisions.
While attending Fordham
University School of Law, Mr. Neschis was
honored for his devotion to Student Public Service
by being bestowed with the Fordham University School
of Law Public Service Student Award and the Archibald
R. Murray Public Service Student Award.
During law school, Mr. Neschis
also interned at the Cook County Legal Assistance
Foundation. Prior to law school, Mr. Neschis worked
for the Association of Community Organizations
for Reform Now, in Chicago. While working
for community reform, Mr. Neschis managed the Chicago
office and prepared numerous grant proposals and fundraising
activities.
